If your journey requires a fully personalised itinerary, a Planning Fee may apply, depending on the complexity of your trip. Any applicable fee will always be discussed and agreed upon before we begin designing your itinerary. Should you proceed with your booking through Strada Expeditions, the full Planning Fee will be credited towards the final cost of your journey.

International flights, as well as ensuring you have a valid passport, any required visa, and appropriate travel insurance, remain your responsibility. However, we’re always happy to provide guidance and recommendations throughout the planning process.
